Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased for RevoClaw services. By purchasing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Billing and Renewals
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan cycle. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you believe a charge was made in error, you may request a review within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this window may be denied, except where required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Charges for prior billing periods already elapsed.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- Promotional, discounted, or custom enterprise arrangements unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure outside our direct control.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing cycle unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved by us.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@revoclaw.ai and include your account email, transaction reference, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
7. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend service access during investigation. Please contact support first so we can resolve billing issues directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, unless otherwise required by law.
